The All-Day Adventure Flask is a thing, thingies must be made, and that process has a deep impact. Not like the 1998 movie, “Deep Impact” starring Morgan Freeman where a comet threatens all of humanity. But, a bit more like we need to consider and act on the effects our actions can have on the planet. Astrologically, we are all very close neighbors sharing the same house, so more like roommates. This means If we don’t act, it will have a long-lasting “Deep Impact” sans Hollywood ending. Which is why we are committed to being part of the solution through offsetting our carbon footprint, building a quality product that reduces single-use plastic, and protecting our natural spaces.

How should I clean my Hibear?
We recommend hand wash. It's easy to take apart and de-nastify. A quick rinse and a scrub with a non-abrasive sponge and you're good to go! If for some reason it's super funky, soak in vinegar and wash with soap. The Electropolish protects against transfer of taste, smell, and mold so no need to worry about lingering tastes from your morning coffee to your evening cocktail.

What is your shipping policy?
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday and will ship via USPS. We do not charge a flat rate for shipping. Instead, we charge what based on weight and location. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships.
Continental US: We offer ground shipping on all orders to the U.S. You can sign up for Free Shipping by subscribing to our newsletter. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost and is calculated at checkout.
Alaska & Hawaii: Shipping costs vary and will display at checkout.
International: We do not currently ship orders outside of the U.S., but we hope to have this up and running in 2022!
Won’t my water taste like coffee?
The internal Electropolish protects against the transfer of taste, smell, and even mold. So your water won't taste like coffee, because that would suck.
What beverages can I make with my All-Day Adventure Flask?

Who would you recommend this bottle for?
If you dislike travel, trees, tents, RVs, mountaintop vistas, surfing long lefts, skiing steep and deep, running far, climbing high, sunsets, sunrise fly casting, and puppies then this isn't for you. But if you love to celebrate the summit, relax by the campfire, enjoy making a pourover or shaking a cocktail, or just want a solid everyday water bottle... 10/10 would recommend.
What do the designs mean underneath the sleeve?
The All-Day-Adventure Flask in Pow Day and Night Hike have the seven highest summits around the world outlined around the base from artist Lauren Ouye. Our latest Limited Edition, the Sierra Sippin', features incredible artwork from local artist, Bryn Merrell. Both inspiring us all to climb higher and keep adventuring!
How is the Limited Edition different?

How long do drinks stay cold or hot?
18 hours for colds and 8 hours for hots. Our thermal core keeps a cold bevie cold for 8 hours.
Could you use this as a growler for beer?
Yep! The All-Day-Adventure Flask handles carbonation great. You can even decant red wine with it.
Can I order additional // replacement silicone sleeves?
Yes! And you can spice up the look of your bottle with different color choices too. The three colors that come in the pack are It's On-Range (orange), Night Hike (black), and Pour Decision (mauve).
